GetHuman-208582: For * months we have had an on going battle regarding Chases required additional Flood Insurance. I paid for and provided Chase with proof of the demanded insurance coverage last March. Since then we have recieved * more "Notice of Insufficient Flood Insurance Coverage" letters. The last included an insurance binder for the demanded coverage. When we were able to contact a human they were apolgetic, claimed the problem was resolved and still the letters come. Monday is the next battle.
