GetHuman-205987: My sister is living in a rental home that reportedly is being foreclosed. The former owners have left the area and we have no way of contacting them. I have attempted many times to speak with someone in various Chase offices that refuse to offer any information or help to clarify the standing of the property. I live in another state and am trying to schedule time off work to go there to move her from the home. You would think that an occupant in one of their homes that is attempting to help them in securing their own property without a battle would be offered at least the courtesy of the same cooperation. No one is interested because we cannot provide an account * for them that no longer exists. In every incidence that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with a Chase division it has always been the same. It is nothing but a run-around and no issue has ever been resolved. The best advice I could offer anyone is NEVER do business with Chase. They simply have no interest in their
