~busymom: Chasing fireflies sadly disappoints in customer service. Given its high price points, I was very surprised out how horrible their customer service is. If something doesn't work out or arrive on time, it is truly the customers fault. As there are so many great kids purveyors out there with fabulous customer service, I will never be opening a chasing fireflies catalog or website again. Truly awful experience at a high price.
