~frustratedtraveler: Waited on hold for ** minutes , then sent in-house email asking for help on customer service page. No response. Have been trying to get an assist for over * months now on a ticket change. Employee assigned to help me has been very nice. But no results or communication with me despite numerous requests for help emails*voicemails.
