~Miffed: Nice to see I'm not alone. These guys STINK! Waiting on a book for two weeks and they couldn't care less. No one answers the phones, no one answers emails, no one answers their chat. They just take your money and count on being able to fill the order. It seems more often than not they can't!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chegg. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chegg problem?
~Miffed: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Miffed: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chegg's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Miffed: For that I would say five out of five.
