~jtatum: Rain was vey polite & tried to do what he could but has to be turned over to District person, who of course cannot review until Monday. Have a **** Tahoe that I have taken in * times as the ac*heat would not blow, never could find anything wrong until this time when there is not a warranty. At this time I request you do not buy from Patterson in Kilgore, will let you know if they decide to pay for the services or if I am out the ***.**.

~jtatum: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chevrolet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jtatum: For that I would say two out of five.
