GetHuman-260096: BRUCE CORP OFFICE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION REGARDING CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR SERVICES OF $** CHARGE. JUST REFERED ME BACK TO MY BANK. GAVE HIM INFO ON MY BANK INFO REGARDNG WEB ID AND NUMBERS PROVIDED BY BANK .. DO NOT HAVE A CHEVRON CREDIT CARD..HE COULD NOT EVEN USE NUMBERS TO TRACK STATION THIS WAS CHARGED TO..WITH NUMBERS I GAVE HIM..TOLD HIM I WILL NOT USE CHEVRON AGAIN IF THEY COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME ANYTHING..HE WANTED MY LAST * DIGITS OF MY DEBIT CARD TOLD HIM WOULD NOT AND WAS ADVISED BY MY BANK NOT TO GIVE. WILL NOT USE CHEVRON AGAIN..ALL HE SAID IS THERE IS ALOT OF SCAMMERS ASK HOW COULD THEY GET MY BANK INFO IF I DON'T USE DEBIT OR CHEVRON CC. I ONLY PAY CASH TOLD HIM I DON'T EVEN LIVE IN TX IS WHERE THE NUMBERS REFERED TO I LIVE **** MILES AWAY. TOLD HIM HE WAS NO HELP AND WOULD NOT USE CHEVRON AGAIN AND WILL LET FRIENDS KNOW OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP. HE SAID HE WILL CONTACT STATION IN TX TO SEE IF HE COULD GET ANY INFO.
