~Sojourner: Travel Club office is staffed with incompetent personnel. I have been paying my dues without fail, but they have not sent me a new card. My old one expired * months ago(Jun ****). I phoned them and requested for a new card twice already some months ago. The first time I tried to use the one of the benefits, Quest Hotel **% discount, the hotel clerk didn't even know what Quest is when the hotel is clearly listed as participating. Of course, because I checked in late in the night, I didn't get the discount. No more RAMADA INN for me.

~Sojourner: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sojourner: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chevron's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sojourner: For that I would say five out of five.
