GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Chevron customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~zippy: The person helping me has English as their second language so anything outside of the box didnt happen. Just a lot of "we are sorry" and "I can try to contact". Nothing done to fix the situation and I had to repeat the problems about * times which were * simple horrible incidents. I may call back and speak to someone that has english as a first language. I am sure that employee is great in his native language but not with me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chevron. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chevron problem?
~zippy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~zippy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chevron's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~zippy: For that I would say five out of five.

~zippy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chevron to know who you are.
