~Renée : Went into **** FM **** West Houston Tx. ***** location The line was out the door due to them running out of food. Me and my family of * stood in line for ** mins.before we was able to order. Once we placed our order and sat down to eat,everything was ice cold as if they pull the ingredients from the refrigerator and started to serve it.i went back to the front to return the food and the manager has a real nasty attitude. He asked me how did I pay? I said with a debt he said we will need your debit to refund it to your card all rude. I asked him why couldn't he give me the cash it have already been taken from the card? He said nothing nor explained nothing . He was also rude to my daughters. He did not have on a name tag so I could see his name.as much as me and my family eat at your restaurant,we haven't never experienced this type of service.
