GetHuman-322058: With over ** people in line to order food, the Chipotle employee stopped serving the customers in line and informed us that he had to fill an online order first. The staff was rude and even the manager was not accommodating. In fact, he left the premises and told those customers in line waiting that if we did not like the service to call the corporate office and promptly exited the building. Matteson Illinois Chipotle, will never go there again!
