~raj: I have been waiting for my shipment for over ** days till now they are saying don't know when they will send me the shipment. someone just hung up me after I waited ** minutes to talk to a manager.

~raj: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~raj: For that I would say three out of five.
