GetHuman-184560: Completely worthless customer service. They are preventing me from refinancing. They have a dispute posted on my credit report dating back to ****. They tell me that I need to type a letter, fax it to a number, and wait *-** days for a response. Of course there is no way to verify that they even received the fax and no phone number to follow up with their complaint department. So, I just have to wait ** days and hope that someone, somewhere is working to resolve it. I will never use Citi Mortgage again.
