~Paul: Wait was longer than they said it would be (* min.) I was calling to check on the status of returned items. They had received them (faulty cartridges), but told me they were going to send a replacement. But my initial contact said I would be getting a refund. So the cust.rep. I spoke to this time finally agreed to refund the cost. (I returned the cartridges * weeks ago, and now they're telling me I have to wait another * more weeks for my refund!) I'll never deal with them again!
