~Lillian: I made two phone calls to this number, had multiple holdings, finally got to the place I needed to be: received two more phone numbers, the first was completely useless, she did not understand my problem, so I said "good bye" and hung up. The second finally solved my problem after asking multiple questions, but I was already frustrated so the questions annoyed me, which they would not have if I were not already frustrated when I placed the call. All in all, this has been a horrible experience and I hope I never have to phone Cocoa Cola again.

~Lillian: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
