In the rare cases when a client needed help with a claim, it was easily resolved as long as the client was patient and courteous. I have been a client and employee of Combined Insurance since ****. I recently assisted a policy holder in bringing his claim to a satisfactory conclusion. The ones who write the negative reviews most generally complain about every thing in their life to everyone around them. There are systems in place with A L L corporations to handle situations which are inevitable when dealing with millions of clients. The three Ps in life when in conflict are be Positive be Patient be Persistent. Since Combined has been around for nearly *** years, they must be doing many things right. Some of the complaints are from former disgruntled employees, in some cases they have been though numerous jobs and most employers would not rehire them.
