~1PissedOffCustomer: After * minute wait, agent came on line to tell me she were having system issues and I needed to call back. Maybe someone else could assist me. That meant going back into another queue, as opposed to her transferring me to next available. Comcast is horrible, but so is DirectTV. Looks like I'll be switching to FIOS.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~1PissedOffCustomer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~1PissedOffCustomer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
