~ChiTown: Comcast has outsourced their call center and what use to be an easy resolve took two days to resolved. I started out talking to someone in the Phillipeans regarding an issue with my phone and my internet service was taken away, I talked to * people in the Phillipeans ******** who did not understand my situation and the last person was rude. ******** I spoke to another person in the Phillipeans but couldn't help me who also told me all the supervisors were in a meeting, Wow! He was nice. Called back and got a nice young lady in Mississippi who couldn't help me because they had me scheduled for a technichian to come out. Finally Mya from the Phillipeans called me and fixed my * day problem with Comcast.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~ChiTown: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ChiTown: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ChiTown: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~ChiTown: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
