GetHuman-80597: Got to this number after numerous transfers, I could hardly understand the first person who helped me and then I had to be transferred for the rest of the problem and the second person had such an accent that I could *that i could not understand *** of what she said. Prior to this call I have spent approximately * hours on hold,being transferred or being disconnected. I am very disappointed and would like to speak to a supervisor about the poor level of service. PS on my alarm system the technician didn't use a ladder so the motion detectors are placed at arm height on the wall.*If you have no problem with system you are OK if you have a problem you have a big customer service problem
