~Guzzyguz : I had a installation appointment for yesterday morning. The tech did not show up. They reschedule me for the evening. The tech never showed up. I callled to find out what was going on. The agent hung up on me when asked to speak to a supervisor. Yes I am going to let them do it on there own time,,, am I going to pay them any bill??? THATS A BIG NEGATIVE. They can kiss my *** for making me ruin my Saturday plans just to wait for a technician.. That don't bother to show up or even call ahead of time to inform us that they can NOT make an appointment.

~Guzzyguz : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Guzzyguz : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Guzzyguz : For that I would say two out of five.

~Guzzyguz : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
