~customer: I have never had a good service experience with Comcast. There is no sense of ownership of customer issues and they are always transferring you to other departments which typically is never the right department. **I get very frustrated that you have to provide your account detail and verification every single time you are transferred to another agent.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~customer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~customer: For that I would say one out of five.
