~qszat: Made two calls.First support person only asked me questions.My complaint was internet speed,was tested at *.* mpbhs,she transf. me and I got disconnected.Called back got cs in Bogota.He had me pull power cord on modem and I was disconnected.This was to configure the modem at the higher speed,he agreed speed was low.We couldn't watch a Netflix without *-* interuptions on internet speed. Hopefully the modem reconfigured,I lost phone connection when I pulled cord.******¥
