GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-nnylake: I was sold a package by a reseller put when it was installed it didn't provide services I was expressly gurenteed.*I was asked what * channels I wanted in my package and when it was installed I only got one of those channels.*I have dealt with "customer resolutions" * times at about ** mins a call - first time they said a manager would call me back - after * days I called and they said a manager would call me back - a managers called me back! (today - day *) but said I'd have to call the reseller because they couldn't make the offer I was sold at the price I agreed to, he then had the Gaul to try to up sell me to what I wanted for $** more - I tried to call the reseller but the phone number on the bill was a dead end and the name of the reseller was wrong (per the guy who answered the phone)*- I just called back "customer resolutions" and got an hour long run around, said they didn't have the name or number of the reseller on their install order, and finally said they would transfer me directly to a manager and just Hung Up On Me!-(

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-nnylake: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-nnylake: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
GetHuman-nnylake: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
