GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lolo: comcast *****. at this point i am ready to chuck the internet. they offered me a plan and now the price is jacked up and no body can fix the problem. been on the phone * hours.. repeat * hours!! because i keep getting disconnected or rerouted.would not reccomend this company to anyone. no wonder they are dead last in customer service. no body knows what is going on or how to fix a problem.

~lolo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lolo: For that I would say one out of five.

~lolo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
