~Pksbena1: My cable and internet have been out for three days. I have called Comcast *xs in two days. This problem has occurred off*on since I went with this horrible company last August. Have had * techs come out and 'fix' the problem only for my services to stop working a month later. I have called, complained, and been disconnected so many times....it's beyond belief! Had ATT before but chose to go with Comcast because they quoted me a much lower monthly price....which my bill NEVER reflected...at least $*** higher each month. I am currently waiting for someone from Comcast to call me back about sending ( yet another) tech out to my house. What are the odds that I hear back from them??? A weekend w* no tv or internet...which I'm sure I am being charged for! Please, please, please do NOT go with these people! They are horrible!

~Pksbena1: For that I would say two out of five.

~Pksbena1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
