~K.harris5526: Tried numerous times was cut off over and over. When I did get thru had wrong department. Comcast person tried to connect me with billing department she could not get an answer. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. To make matters even worse I doubled paid my bill and when I did get thru was told it takes *wks to refund the over payment!,,,,, hello get it together Comcast!,,,,
