GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.

GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-jalecbr: If I could rate in negative stars I would. Comcast is consistently the most horrendous company I have ever had the extreme displeasure of dealing with. The never fail to be completely inept at pretty much everything. I've spent a collective of oh I don't know...let's be generous and say **-** hours, probably more on hold with them over one issue. This has been going on since MARCH. It is now October and I still can't get anyone to fix this simple issue. The issue is I moved, so stop sending me bills for my old address which I have cancelled numerous times now. It just doesn't stop. Every time they say it won't happen again and low and behold, the next month there it is. Another bill for the old address. A bill saying I'm delinquent on my payments. Another bill F***ING with my credit. I've even talked to corporate in Philadelphia and STILL. I am counting down the days until Google Fiber comes to Atlanta so I never have to deal with these troglodytes again. I cannot express with enough fervor how much I detest that greedy monopolizing company. I'd rather have teeth pulled than call them.

GetHuman-jalecbr: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jalecbr: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jalecbr: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
GetHuman-jalecbr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
