~Gonzalo Franco Montero: First they ask me if I want electricity. I say yes, and just when I'm about to be all set, the guy asks me "do you also want internet?" I say no. He says let me put you on hold, and my call gets resetted all over again. Rather than for its professional services, Con Edison is known for is lack of interest and strangulating prices based on nothing. Not even customer care they can provide.
