~HappyChappy: The worst of the worst. Incompetent, Inflexible and stubborn staff. Wish I could take my business to another company- poor service with little motivation for improvement is the bad side of a monopoly. Bank account details were compromised so I had to get to a new account. On vacation for two months and come back to the letters requesting payment - I am removed from direct deposit and put on a * month waitlist. To get my balance current I am forced to go to a western union branch with cash because they do not take Visa card. Seriously, a company servicing tens of millions of people in NYC doesn't allow Visa cards? So I know have to visit WU monthly for the next * months with cash while I wait to get on direct deposit. R-E-T-A-R-D-S!

~HappyChappy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HappyChappy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Con Edison's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HappyChappy: For that I would say two out of five.

~HappyChappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Con Edison to know who you are.
