~WR: Shame on Constellation! I just received my February electric bill totaling an enormous $***.** ($***.** of that for supply charges from Constellation). I live in an *** square foot apartment!**I contacted Customer Service who informed me that I was put on a variable rate plan because they didn't receive the request to remain on a fixed plan. I also spoke to a Supervisor who said she can't do anything about the bill but could offer me a $** gift card (which she ended up not doing). **A few months ago I had received a business "reply by mail" letter asking to renew another year at my current fixed rate plan. I promptly signed the letter and dropped it in the mail. They are now penalizing me because the letter was either lost by the US Mail or somewhere in their facility. This sounds like a SCAM!

~WR: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~WR: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Constellation Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~WR: For that I would say three out of five.

~WR: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Constellation Energy to know who you are.
