A Corel customer review by GetHuman user ~jkraemer from November 20th, 2017

Background on ~jkraemer's case

GetHuman: ~jkraemer - can you tell our other Corel customers when your case took place?
~jkraemer: Sure. It was afternoon, on November 14th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Corel, and if so, how?
~jkraemer: I used the 877-582-6735 number I found for on the GetHuman Corel customer phone number page I was on: Corel Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common Corel customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~jkraemer a list of common Corel problems)
~jkraemer: "Cancel order" was why I was trying to call.

~jkraemer's review of Corel customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Corel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jkraemer: Difficult to reach, not much help with issues, much better support from Internet users of their products. At Corel can easily end up in a phone loop, and no corporate number or email for complaints. Support tried to sell me a new version rather than fix the current issue. I like the PIx*, Corel made no reasonable offer for me to update, refuses to give update credit for the older registered products I purchased in the recent past.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Corel. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Corel problem?
~jkraemer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jkraemer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Corel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jkraemer: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Corel customers?
~jkraemer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Corel to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~jkraemer taken from his Corel customer service problem that occurred on November 14th, 2017.
