GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Corel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mike: Your info on Corel is incorrect. They do have Chat and it worked quickly. Also, their website says ** hour phone support M-Th but it actually shuts down at *pm EDT. On Fri, phone support is only available from *-*. **Also, their website support page for current products is outdated. Their newest version of Paint Shop Pro X* is not listed when I was asked what product I needed help with. **On the other hand, their website is pretty typical when trying to get support. It takes forever to find an email contact on almost every software site. None of them make it easy to find help, despite what they say about caring for customers.

~Mike: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mike: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Corel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mike: For that I would say four out of five.
