Web address I waas given was "phoenix.cox.net" but this does not seem to be fully functional.* Suggest the Tech Staff contact me @ ***-***-**** to discuss and to formulate a solution. Barring a resolution, I may feel forced to cancel cox service altogether, ang take my $**** * year service elsewhere. Have a nicer day than I am having
