~Patricia: How hard is it to remove your deceased spouse name from your acct.? Apparently very hard. Cox disconnected my mother in laws phone of ** years, left her without service for a few days, then replaced her number with a new one. She is vulnerable and alone and Cox has to make her suffer more! She just wants her old number back!!!

~Patricia: For that I would say four out of five.
