~agriss: I chatted with * individuals and all they said was sorry. we cannot help you with this matter, please contact customer service. I asked for a phone number because I cannot access the website but they could not provide that either!! worthless!!!

~agriss: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~agriss: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~agriss: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Craigslist customers?
~agriss: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
