~Brandy Alexandra: It is absolutely disgusting that you have not one number or email option or chat option for your customers. You have millions of subscribers and you are just as bad if not worse than all these other companies with little or no support. You could hire some of our ** million Americans out of work and * million on a part time work with no benefits. You are just a GREEDY company and your customers mean nothing to you, otherwise you would provide these services. It's as simple as that.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Craigslist. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Craigslist problem?
~Brandy Alexandra: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brandy Alexandra: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brandy Alexandra: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Craigslist customers?
~Brandy Alexandra: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
