GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Craigslist customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-46216: There's no one single good thing to say about it. I emailed them about charges on my account of 'declined' messages where my payment didn't go through. They did this every time. Declined...charged, declined... charged. I have about **. back to back. All info was right, even used * different cards, money in account ok... nothing worked. Got an email that didn't resolve the matter. Just tried to get off the hook. As of now I have been emailing since Saturday on every declined attempt (attaching copy of it), and this morning I have emailed again asking for somebody to answer back, nothing. * hrs gone by and nothing.

GetHuman-46216: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-46216: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-46216: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
