GetHuman-345258: Garbage. After repeating myself more times then I care to count they were unable to resolve my issue. All I wanted to do was get cash from am atm. I know I set my pin up when I activated my card, I've already got cash once before. They allow you to call the number on the sticker on the card when you first get it to activate your pin, but won't let you verify*change your pin, even offering to answer any and all security questions. I'm in a position where I need to use my cc for emergency purposes, in this case buying a part for my truck from an individual so I can get to work Monday, and their only response, (repeated several times as if being read from a prompt machine)(in very broken English) "your new pin will be received in the mail in *-** business days".*Very poor customer service, and incredibly difficult to understand. Do not, I repeat, -DO NOT- make the mistake of obtaining one of these cards. Save yourself the aggravation.
