~Anonymous: IT IS NOT TRUE that the lost-and-stolen-card option is open ****. (I didn't have a lost or stolen card, but that was, according to the contact-us page, my only option for reaching a live person on a Sunday afternoon, Eastern time. But that number two bounces you into a message asking to call back during regular hours. NO possibility of leaving a message, NO e-mail address. I only wanted to find out why, FOR WEEKS, their website was "temporarily" unable to access one of my two accounts with them....
