~shesca: I had to be referred to Technical Service because the rep could fix my problem. However, they will have to call me on another phone (my home phone), they won't give me a number to call them, which doesn't help because I am in and out all. In addition, they will call anytime within the next ** hours. AACK! ***If I had a problem the rep could have resolved this would have been okay. But having to take Tech Support's call is a real problem for me.**The number I used to use, ***-***-****, now disconnects automatically after it tells you to go to a Cricket store.
