~Dan: I bought an iPhone * and am having trouble getting though the **** process to activate the phone number. I called ***-***-**** as you suggest but the robot said there were "no agents available to take my call" and to go to the nearest Cricket store location. When I tried their location service they couldn't find a location anywhere near my area code.*I've called the customer service line and tried every possible situation they offer to get through to a human but it's massive catch **. They want my AID number (what the **** is that?) but I have to get verified before I get an AID number but can't get a technician without my AID number ...**THIS IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED**Finally after hours of trying everything I can think of, I called the number to return the phone. NO AGENTS to take my call !!!*I think I've made a terrible mistake getting involved with Cricket.
