GetHuman-oblaura: Complaint about the LG G Stylo phone that has internal memory problem
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-oblaura: They sell this phone at $*** and do not inform customer of the problem with the internal memory. When you realize there is an internal memory problem with this phone, you drive back to the store you bought it from, they inform you that they know of this problem and suggest you purchase an SDcard which DOES NOT help at all. Cricket is aware of this problem as one (*) software fix has been issued but still hasn't resolved the problem. I cannot believe Cricket is still selling the LG G STYLO in their stores.
