~richardf: I had my phone for ** weeks before it failed.*I called warranty dept * times before I acyually completed an order. I opted for the advanced exchange with over night shipping at my cost of $***.**($**.** to be returned after I shipped my bad phone back)after *days and not recieving my phone another * calls before I got a lady who went to check my tracking number...there was none. The phone had not been shipped! They had no replacement,called the nearest store to see if I could BUY another..none in stock,in fact they only had * models available * lesser and one higher price.Cancelled my orde and still waiting for my card to be credited.I was forced to go to ATT and get a new phone and switch carriers.Overall experience terrible!Lost *** months service and $**.** on a phone that didnt work.* Would love to hear back from cricket,because I cant spend hours on the phone waiting for them.* My name is Richard Flachbart and I cannot recommend Cricket Wireless
