Location on SE **rd Woodstock location it was ** min to closing, I was not welcomed nor issues fixed & reason I came in person Rudest associates ever, he actually asked me to come back tomorrow to PAY MY BILL! He said he logged out already & it was a hassle. Then i brought * nice phones to participate in the trade-up program & Upgrade my phone.. According to this rude jack a** I CANT do that either because the trade-in program is solely for NEW Customers ONLY?? Is this true anyone? Please verify for me?
