~americanpro23: i called, and i waited ** minutes for a customer service, then i waited another ** minutes, and then i was waitng then, they ask if i talk english or spanish? then i was telling em english am from america, then they said their from central america, they are a fraud paying foreigners from central america for customer service in america. then they are very rude, it supposed to be recorded but they do not do it! only if it benefits them thats it! their policy and rules are BS! the people working in the store are elementary drop outs that come to america to get a job, i tlk * one of them and told me their payed under the table, the only one getting minimum wage is the BOSS AKA supervisor in the store.
