~mama bear: This number worked great all things considered. I called and waited for all the prompts (I did not push any buttons) until a customer service rep answered (** minutes approximately). Cricket customer service on the other had was extremely awful. Poor foreign man did try his best but his written instructions were not correct. He did not help me fix my issue but he had me download multiple apps only to uninstall them because they did not work. Then, he transferred me to another department and the lady disconnected the line. One other note of Caution, the HOLD MUSIC IS REALLY LOUD so be prepared for it to blow out your ear drums.
