~Anonymous: They lie about the cost then raise your bill. When I asked to speck to manager I got put on hold for over an hour, than they hung up on me. Call back it said someone will be with you in about * mins. That was a lie. Talked to management yesterday, management said they would wave $** off my bill woke this morning my phone is cut off.
