~doesnotmatter: This is the most God awful company and customer service that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though these plans are prepaid they are trying to bill me for three phones even though I only have two. After a phone was stolen*lost in the middle of December I reported it to Cricket, when my Jan. bill is due I tried to set up a bridge pay, but was told I had to go into a store, where I was told I had to call customer service who said I had to go to a corporate store, way across town, who could not resolve issue and basically told me I had not called in December to cancel service and I definitly did. Regardless of that fact, it was the beginning of a new bill cycle, why would I prepay for three phones instead of two? The idea insane. I guess they put people through this cycle if pure BS because we will get tired and just pay the measly **.**. I can't begin to guess how many people Crackit has ripped off in this manner. Especially those who may be from another coun
