~beckyrn41: Astonishingly, I only waited one minute to speak to a human. Her name was Sharon. She was very pleasant & able to help me with my questions. She even gave me her phone extension if I need to call back. I am stunned. Most companies keep you on hold forever.

~beckyrn41: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~beckyrn41: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Crocs's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
