~Pam: Was allowed to look around the store without being tailed by a sales clerk but when I needed help to find a size the clerk was right there to help me.

~Pam: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pam: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Pam: For that I would say two out of five.
